音律图谱使用条款

下载、安装或使用音律图谱，即表示你同意本条款以及适用于 App Store 下载的 Apple 标准最终用户许可协议。如果不同条款发生冲突，以法律要求及 Apple 适用条款为准。

1. 使用许可

在你遵守本条款的前提下，我们授予你一项有限、非独占、不可转让、可撤销的许可，仅用于在你拥有或控制的 Apple 设备上进行个人、教育或合法的专业音乐工作。

2. 允许的用途

你可以使用应用学习乐理、查看和试听和弦与音阶、练习钢琴和听音、调音、使用节拍器，以及创建和保存自己的和弦进行。你对自己创作的原创音乐内容保留权利。

3. 禁止行为

• 不得规避安全、签名、订阅或系统权限控制。
• 除法律明确允许外，不得反编译、解密、批量抓取或重新分发应用及其数据库。
• 不得使用应用侵犯版权、商标、隐私或其他权利，或从事违法、欺诈和有害活动。
• 不得把应用的分析结果当作医疗、安全关键、考试认证或专业乐器维修的唯一依据。

4. 音乐信息与音频说明

和弦名称、音阶拼写、调内和声、指法建议、频率和节拍结果用于学习与创作辅助。音乐体系存在不同命名、拼写、调律和演奏传统；结果可能受麦克风、环境噪声、设备延迟和输入质量影响。请在重要演出、录音或维修前使用适当的专业设备和判断复核。

5. 本地数据与备份

收藏、最近查看、设置和已保存进行主要保存在设备本地。你负责维护设备、备份及导出需要长期保存的内容。我们不保证能恢复被删除、损坏、迁移失败或因系统操作丢失的本地数据。

6. 第三方服务

应用依赖 Apple 提供的 iOS、AVFoundation、CoreMIDI、App Store 分发和权限机制；本网站使用 GitHub Pages。第三方服务受其自身条款约束。链接仅为方便，不构成对第三方内容的控制或担保。

7. 更新、变更与终止

我们可以为修复、安全、兼容性或产品改进发布更新，也可能修改或停止部分功能。若你严重违反条款，许可可终止；终止后应停止使用并删除应用。依法应继续有效的条款在终止后仍有效。

8. 免责声明

在法律允许的最大范围内，应用按“现状”和“可用”提供，不作对不间断、无错误、特定用途、音乐结果或设备兼容性的明示或默示保证。消费者依法享有且不可排除的权利不受影响。

9. 责任限制

在法律允许的最大范围内，我们不对间接、附带、特殊、惩罚性或后果性损失负责，包括数据丢失、收入损失、演出中断或设备/外设兼容问题。任何不可依法排除的责任仍按适用法律处理。

10. 条款变更与联系

重大变更会更新生效日期。继续使用更新后的应用表示接受修订条款。问题请通过 项目问题页面 联系。

Harmonia Atlas Terms of Use

By downloading, installing, or using Harmonia Atlas, you agree to these terms and the Apple Standard End User License Agreement applicable to App Store downloads. If terms conflict, mandatory law and applicable Apple terms control.

1. License

Subject to compliance, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on Apple devices you own or control for personal, educational, or lawful professional music work.

2. Permitted Use

You may study theory, view and hear chords and scales, practice piano and ear training, tune instruments, use the metronome, and create or save your own progressions. You retain rights in original music you create.

3. Prohibited Conduct

• Do not bypass security, signing, purchase, or system-permission controls.
• Except where law expressly permits, do not reverse engineer, decrypt, bulk extract, or redistribute the app or its databases.
• Do not use the app to infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, or other rights, or for illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activity.
• Do not treat results as the sole basis for medical, safety-critical, certification, or professional instrument-repair decisions.

4. Music and Audio Notice

Chord names, scale spellings, diatonic harmony, fingering suggestions, frequency, and tempo results are educational and creative aids. Music systems vary in naming, spelling, temperament, and performance practice. Results can be affected by microphones, ambient noise, device latency, and input quality. Verify important performance, recording, or repair decisions with suitable professional tools and judgment.

5. Local Data and Backup

Favorites, recents, settings, and saved progressions are primarily stored locally. You are responsible for device maintenance, backups, and exporting anything requiring long-term retention. We cannot guarantee recovery of deleted, corrupted, failed-migration, or system-removed data.

6. Third-Party Services

The app relies on Apple iOS, AVFoundation, CoreMIDI, App Store distribution, and permission mechanisms; this website uses GitHub Pages. Third-party services have their own terms. Links are provided for convenience and do not mean we control or warrant third-party content.

7. Updates, Changes, and Termination

Updates may be released for fixes, security, compatibility, or improvement, and features may change or end. The license may terminate for material breach, after which you must stop use and delete the app. Provisions that legally should survive remain effective.

8. Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the app is provided “as is” and “as available,” without promises of uninterrupted operation, error-free results, fitness for a specific purpose, musical outcome, or device compatibility. Non-waivable consumer rights remain unaffected.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses, including lost data, revenue, interrupted performance, or device/peripheral compatibility issues. Liability that cannot lawfully be excluded remains governed by applicable law.

10. Changes and Contact

Material changes update the effective date. Continued use after an update means acceptance of revised terms. Questions can be submitted through the project issue page.
