音律图谱隐私政策

核心结论：音律图谱无需账号，不包含广告或跨应用追踪。调音器的麦克风音频只在设备上实时分析，不会录音、保存或上传。

1. 适用范围

本政策适用于音律图谱 iOS/iPadOS 应用以及本支持网站。它说明应用会访问哪些设备能力、哪些信息保存在本地，以及网站托管可能产生的基础日志。

2. 我们不收集的数据

• 不要求姓名、邮箱、电话号码或账号。
• 不接入广告 SDK、第三方分析 SDK、数据经纪商或跨应用追踪。
• 不上传和弦、音阶、练习记录、收藏、最近查看、语言、主题或音源偏好。
• 不录制、不保存、不上传麦克风原始音频。
• 不读取通讯录、照片、相机、位置、健康数据或日历。

3. 设备权限和本地处理

麦克风

只有在你打开调音器并主动开始调音时，应用才请求麦克风权限。音频帧由设备上的音高检测算法即时处理，用于计算音名、频率、八度、置信度和音分偏差。处理结果仅显示在当前界面；应用不创建录音文件，也不把音频发送到服务器。你可以在“系统设置 → 隐私与安全性 → 麦克风”中随时撤销权限。

MIDI 与本地网络

应用使用 CoreMIDI 枚举已连接的 MIDI 输入源。若你使用网络 MIDI，会话发现可能触发本地网络权限。应用只使用系统提供的设备/端点名称和实时 MIDI 事件完成演奏或识别，不建立用户档案，也不上传 MIDI 演奏内容。

音频播放

钢琴、和弦、音阶和节拍器声音由设备上的 AVAudioEngine 实时合成。播放不需要网络连接。

4. 本地存储

应用使用 Apple 的 UserDefaults 和应用沙盒保存必要偏好和本地内容，例如：界面语言、外观、默认音源、钢琴可见八度和层数、琴键标签、音量、收藏、最近查看以及已保存的和弦进行。这些数据留在设备上，除非你使用 iOS 自身提供的备份、迁移或设备管理功能。卸载应用通常会删除应用沙盒数据。

5. 数据共享与出售

我们不出售、出租或共享个人数据用于广告、营销画像或数据经纪。由于应用没有自有服务器，也不会将应用内内容发送给我们，因此我们通常无法访问或恢复你的本地数据。

6. 支持网站与 GitHub Pages

本网站通过 GitHub Pages 托管。访问网页时，GitHub 可能为安全、运行和诊断目的处理标准服务器日志，例如 IP 地址、浏览器类型、请求时间和页面路径。该处理由 GitHub 按其隐私声明负责；音律图谱不会把这些日志与应用内数据关联，也不会在本网站部署自有分析、广告、指纹识别或追踪 Cookie。语言选择可保存在浏览器 localStorage 中，仅用于下次显示相同语言。

7. 儿童隐私

应用可用于音乐学习，但不要求儿童提交个人信息，也不提供公开社交、聊天或账号功能。如果监护人认为设备上存在不应保留的本地数据，可在应用设置中清除相关记录或卸载应用。

8. 安全与保留

本地数据受到 iOS 应用沙盒和设备安全机制保护。我们仅在设备上保留实现功能所需的偏好与内容，直到你在应用内清除、由系统移除或卸载应用。任何网络基础设施都无法保证绝对安全，但本应用通过不建立账号和不上传核心内容来降低暴露面。

9. 你的选择

• 在应用设置中切换或恢复跟随系统的语言。
• 在系统设置中允许或拒绝麦克风和本地网络权限。
• 在应用设置中清除收藏与最近记录。
• 通过删除已保存进行或卸载应用删除本地内容。

如果功能、权限或数据做法发生实质变化，我们会更新本页面的“最后更新”日期，并在适当情况下通过应用版本说明提示。新版本政策自发布之日起生效。

Harmonia Atlas Privacy Policy

Key point: Harmonia Atlas requires no account and includes no advertising or cross-app tracking. Microphone audio used by the tuner is analyzed in real time on the device and is not recorded, stored, or uploaded.

1. Scope

This policy applies to the Harmonia Atlas iOS/iPadOS app and this support website. It explains which device capabilities the app accesses, what remains stored locally, and which basic logs may be created by the website host.

2. Data We Do Not Collect

• No name, email address, phone number, or user account is required.
• No advertising SDK, third-party analytics SDK, data broker, or cross-app tracking is used.
• Chord, scale, practice, favorite, recent-item, language, appearance, and instrument preferences are not uploaded.
• Raw microphone audio is not recorded, stored, or uploaded.
• The app does not access contacts, photos, camera, location, health, or calendar data.

3. Device Permissions and Local Processing

Microphone

The app requests microphone permission only when you open the tuner and actively start tuning. Audio frames are processed immediately by an on-device pitch-detection algorithm to calculate note name, frequency, octave, confidence, and cents offset. Results are shown only in the current interface. The app creates no recording and sends no audio to a server. Permission can be revoked at any time in iOS Settings under Privacy & Security → Microphone.

MIDI and Local Network

The app uses CoreMIDI to enumerate connected MIDI input sources. If you use network MIDI, session discovery may trigger local-network permission. The app uses system-provided endpoint names and live MIDI events only for performance and recognition. It does not build a profile or upload MIDI performance data.

Audio Playback

Piano, chord, scale, and metronome audio is synthesized on the device through AVAudioEngine and does not require a network connection.

4. Local Storage

The app uses Apple UserDefaults and its app sandbox for necessary preferences and local content, such as interface language, appearance, default instrument, visible piano octaves and rows, key labels, volume, favorites, recent items, and saved chord progressions. This data remains on your device unless you use iOS backup, migration, or device-management features. Uninstalling the app normally removes its sandbox data.

5. Sharing and Sale

We do not sell, rent, or share personal data for advertising, marketing profiles, or data brokerage. Because the app has no proprietary server and does not transmit core app content to us, we generally cannot access or restore your local data.

6. Support Website and GitHub Pages

This website is hosted by GitHub Pages. When you visit, GitHub may process standard server logs—such as IP address, browser type, request time, and page path—for security, operation, and diagnostics under GitHub's own privacy terms. Harmonia Atlas does not associate those logs with app data and deploys no first-party analytics, ads, fingerprinting, or tracking cookies here. Your language choice may be stored in browser localStorage only to show the same language next time.

7. Children's Privacy

The app can be used for music education, but it does not ask children to submit personal information and contains no public social, chat, or account feature. A guardian can clear relevant local records in app settings or uninstall the app.

8. Security and Retention

Local data is protected by the iOS app sandbox and device security controls. It is retained only as needed for the feature, until you clear it, the system removes it, or the app is uninstalled. No system can guarantee absolute security, but the app reduces exposure by avoiding accounts and not uploading core content.

9. Your Choices

• Change language or return to Follow System in app settings.
• Allow or deny microphone and local-network access in iOS Settings.
• Clear favorites and recent items in app settings.
• Delete saved progressions or uninstall the app to remove local content.

10. Changes

If features, permissions, or data practices change materially, this page's Last Updated date will change and release notes will be used where appropriate. The revised policy is effective when posted.
