音律图谱帮助与排查

联系支持前，请先确认应用已更新到最新版本、设备运行 iOS/iPadOS 17 或更高版本，并完全退出后重新打开应用。

快速入口

• 切换语言：首页 → 设置 → 语言 → 应用语言。选择“跟随系统”、简体中文或 English。
• 切换音源：首页 → 设置 → 默认音源；全屏钢琴也可在浮动控制中临时切换。
• 清理本地记录：首页 → 设置 → 本地数据 → 清空收藏与最近记录。

钢琴键盘

轻点没有声音或必须长按

1. 提高系统媒体音量，并确认设备未连接到不期望的蓝牙/有线输出。
2. 在设置中点击“试听当前音源”。若仍无声，完全退出应用后重新打开。
3. 轻点琴键会保持一个最短发声门限；长按会持续到松手。横向拖动用于滚动键盘，明显拖动时当前触摸音会取消，避免滚动期间误触。
4. 尝试切换回“原声钢琴”，并将主音量设为 80% 以上。

全屏钢琴方向不正确

打开钢琴工具时应用会请求横屏；退出后恢复进入前的方向并重新允许系统自动旋转。请关闭系统“竖排方向锁定”。在 iPad 上，全屏模式最稳定；若正在使用分屏或台前调度，请先扩大窗口。

调整范围与双层

点右上角控制按钮后，使用减号/加号调整同屏 1–7 个八度；层数按钮切换单层或双层。两个键盘均可独立水平滚动，覆盖 A0–C8。

和弦与转位

列表和详情中的键盘使用同一渲染逻辑。红色表示根音，蓝色表示当前转位的低音，绿色表示其他和弦音；更深颜色表示具体排列，更浅颜色表示其他八度中的同类音。改变根音或转位后，所有可见八度组都会同步替换。点击理论键盘会播放完整和弦，不会只播放被点中的单键。

五度圈

沿圆周方向拖动，而不是仅左右划动；圆盘会持续跟随手指并在每 30° 进入相邻调。点击外圈选择大调，点击内圈选择关系小调。橙色和靛蓝分别表示当前大调/小调，粉色、绿色与蓝色表示不同方向的功能关系。

调音器

1. 首次使用允许麦克风权限。
2. 靠近麦克风演奏一个稳定单音，并减少背景噪声、和弦共鸣与扬声器回授。
3. 若权限被拒绝：系统设置 → 隐私与安全性 → 麦克风 → 音律图谱。
4. 没有输入设备时，断开并重新连接耳机/音频接口，或重新启动应用。
5. A4 校准范围用于匹配不同乐团或乐器标准；一般保持 440 Hz。

节拍器

摆杆动画和点击音共用启动时间与 BPM。若视觉或声音受阻，关闭低电量模式、停止高负载后台音频，并重新启动节拍器。Tap Tempo 需要连续点击数次才能得到稳定平均值。

MIDI

连接设备后打开设置并点击“重新扫描 MIDI”。对于网络 MIDI，需要允许本地网络访问。确认设备由其他音乐应用识别、没有被独占，并尝试重新插拔或重新建立蓝牙 MIDI 会话。

语言混杂或切换未刷新

应用内切换会重建界面。若少量系统文本仍使用另一语言，请确认 iOS 首选语言顺序，然后完全退出应用重开。和弦符号、罗马数字、音名、MIDI、BPM 等音乐/技术符号在两种语言中会保持一致，这不属于语言混杂。

反馈问题

Harmonia Atlas Help & Troubleshooting

Before contacting support, update the app, confirm iOS/iPadOS 17 or later, then fully quit and reopen the app.

Quick Paths

• Language: Home → Settings → Language → App Language.
• Instrument: Home → Settings → Default Instrument; the full-screen piano can also switch temporarily.
• Clear local history: Home → Settings → Local Data → Clear Favorites and Recents.

Piano Keyboard

A quick tap is silent or seems to require a hold

1. Raise media volume and verify audio is not routed to an unexpected Bluetooth or wired output.
2. Use Settings → Preview Current Instrument. If still silent, fully quit and reopen the app.
3. A tap has a minimum audible gate; a hold sustains until release. A clear horizontal drag scrolls the keyboard and cancels the touched note to avoid accidental sound during scrolling.
4. Switch back to Acoustic Piano and set Master Volume above 80%.

Full-screen piano orientation

The piano requests landscape on entry, restores the prior orientation on exit, and then releases the lock so normal device rotation works again. Turn off iOS Portrait Orientation Lock. On iPad, full-screen mode is most reliable; expand the window if using Split View or Stage Manager.

Range and dual rows

Open the upper-right controls, then use minus/plus for one to seven visible octaves. The row control switches single or dual keyboards. Each row scrolls independently across the A0–C8 range.

Chords and Inversions

List and detail keyboards share one renderer. Red is the root, blue is the current inversion bass, and green marks other chord tones. Strong colors show the concrete voicing; pale colors show repeated matching tones in other octaves. Changing root or inversion updates every visible octave group. Tapping a theory keyboard plays the full chord rather than an individual key.

Circle of Fifths

Drag around the circumference instead of making only a horizontal swipe. The wheel follows continuously and advances one key per 30°. Tap the outer ring for major and the inner ring for relative minor. Orange and indigo mark current major/minor selections; pink, green, and blue indicate functional directions.

Tuner

1. Allow microphone access on first use.
2. Play one steady note near the microphone and reduce background noise, chord resonance, and speaker feedback.
3. If denied: iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Microphone → Harmonia Atlas.
4. If no input exists, reconnect headphones/audio interfaces or restart the app.
5. Use A4 calibration only when matching another ensemble or instrument standard; 440 Hz is typical.

Metronome

The pendulum and click share the same start time and BPM. If motion or audio is disrupted, disable Low Power Mode, stop heavy background audio work, and restart the metronome. Tap Tempo needs several taps for a stable average.

MIDI

Connect the device, open Settings, and choose Rescan MIDI. Network MIDI requires local-network permission. Confirm another music app sees the device, it is not held exclusively, and reconnect the cable or Bluetooth MIDI session.

Mixed Language or Stale Text

Changing language rebuilds the interface. If a small amount of system-owned text remains in another language, check the iOS preferred-language order and fully restart the app. Chord symbols, Roman numerals, note names, MIDI, and BPM are shared music/technical notation and are intentionally unchanged.

Report an Issue

Use the project issue page and include app version, device, iOS version, affected screen, reproduction steps, and any external MIDI/audio hardware. Do not publish sensitive information or recordings.
